A member of the Absolutely team sent you a short, personal email because your business profile matched the type of home service pro we built the platform for: independent trades and small crews still running jobs through WhatsApp, paper diaries or ad-hoc spreadsheets.

How we found your details

Business contact information published on your public website, Companies House / state registry filings, trade-body directories (Gas Safe, NICEIC, NAHI, etc.), or public listings on Google Business, Checkatrade, Yell and similar directories.

We do not buy contact lists and do not use consumer/personal email addresses.

Legal basis

Under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and PECR reg. 22(2) (business-to-business), we rely on legitimate interest to send a small number of personal outreach messages to businesses that fit our platform. Under CAN-SPAM (US) these are transactional B2B outreach messages with a clear opt-out mechanism.
