Job outcomes and earnings

Any references to typical results — such as jobs won, revenue growth, response times, or customer satisfaction — reflect the experience of other HSPs and are not a guarantee of the results you will achieve. Third-party services

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, payment processors, mapping providers, messaging or email providers). Customer relationships

You — not Absolutely — are the contracting party with your customers. Absolutely does not perform trade work, is not a party to the agreements you make with customers, and does not guarantee payment from your customers. Disputes with customers are your responsibility to resolve.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Absolutely is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including lost jobs, lost revenue, or damage to your business reputation.
